General Terms and Conditions
✦ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
✦ With NSFW work, you agree that you are 18 years old or older. If it is found that you are a minor in any compacity, you will be blacklisted. No refund will be issued if this happens.
✦ Visible credit to me, the artist, is required when you use or post commissioned artwork. (Headers, profile pictures, etc.)
✦ If you wish to use the artwork for commercial use, an additional charge will be applied. The following are considered commercial use: Reproducing the artwork as prints/merchandise, selling the artwork, and cases where you receive profit from a platform where you have posted my artwork (eg. YouTube, Twitch, etc).
✦ You may not claim the work as your own or upload it in any gallery that is intended to display your own work.
✦ NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
✦ I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes. Do not upload it to any AI sites.
Payment and Refunds Terms and Conditions
✦ Payment must be made 100% up front before I start work on the commission.
✦ I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
✦ If I am unable to complete the artwork and cancel the commission, I will provide a full refund, unless stated otherwise.
✦ You are not to issue a chargeback for any reason. Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting.
✦ All payments and refunds will be through PayPal.
